My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. While the room was beside the street on the second floor and had a very comfortable bed, I struggled with the room being too hot as the a/c didn't cool it down, keeping me awake all night. The room itself looked quite drab.

The room was beside the street on the second floor with a very comfortable bed. However, the room was too hot, and the a/c did not cool it down properly, leading to a sleepless night. The overall appearance of the room was a bit drab.
Service
5.0
The hotel staff were comfortable speaking English, but they were unhelpful, especially after charging us for parking. Additionally, there was an incident with our belongings that was not handled well by the front desk personnel.
Location

The location of the hotel was pretty good, being convenient to everything on Missenden Road and close to RPA Hospital, which was important for us. However, it could have been made a little more inviting.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was subpar as the restaurant/bar was closed, and the buffet wasn't impressive compared to other local cafes in Newtown/Enmore/Glebe. I recommend exploring outside for better dining options.

The hotel offers neat, well-presented rooms that are fresh and very clean, but they appear a bit old and worn. The service is very pleasant and helpful, making the stay welcoming. The location is great for specific purposes but may not be ideal for those needing proximity to the CBD. The dining experience varies from delicious to cold and reheated leftovers. Overall, the facilities are handy and convenient, catering to different needs.
